Jacuzzi® Hot Tubs

I’ve dealt with Mark twice over the last four years regarding an older hot tub that came with purchase of my Vermont house. Both service events were exceptional where Mark gave repair advice and lent a heater to prevent freezing. In the second issue – Mark called me back on his day off and located an electrical part that failed so I could repair it. Truly a knowledgeable and exceptional service oriented person. His service has sold me on my next future replacement.

Knight Tubs did a fantastic job of answering questions, providing a test tub to try, communicating about the process and delivering, well and according to schedule. And then, they provided really helpful followup on our questions. Highly recommend this business and highly recommend the product!

The customer service is always great. They have been servicing my Jacuzzi for several years now. This is a weekend house and I do not not live close so it’s good to know if anyone staying at my place has an issue with my hot tub, help is just a phone call away. My tub is an older model so when it’s time to replace, I am going to Knight!
